What data we collect

We only collect the data you enter into the forms on the website:

• Booking form: full name, phone number, email address, pick-up and return location and dates, the chosen car and a note if you write one.
• Contact form: full name, phone number, email address and your message.

As with any website, the hosting server logs technical data about visits (IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use the data from the forms only to reply to your enquiry, confirm your booking and arrange the car pick-up. We do not send marketing messages, we do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties unless required by law.

Where data is stored and for how long

Form messages are sent to our email, and a copy is kept in the website admin, which only authorised staff can access. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, or as required by law, and delete it afterwards.

Cookies

The website uses one technical cookie (pll_language) that remembers your chosen language for one year. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts: the website fonts are loaded from Google servers, so Google sees your IP address.
• Google reviews (Trustindex): the reviews section loads content from Trustindex servers and profile pictures from Google servers.
• Facebook and Instagram: the website only links to them. No data is sent until you click a link.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to its processing. Just email us at info@rentacarlider1.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
